JOB DESCRIPTION

** This position is contingent upon contract award **

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is looking for an Asset Forfeiture Regional Director for a contract headquartered in the Washington DC area.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

•Responsible for contractual performance and compliance of work completed at site locations throughout the Region located within United States

•Oversee all processes outlined within contract and direct all supervisory, and direct staff

•Develop performance and action plans that will be presented to client and internal senior leadership

•Ability to successfully communicate with client and internal staff regarding complex process changes

•Assess all contract modifications and determine impacts

•Ability to successfully determine and drive the implementation of staffing plans which handle fluctuations in workload at the direction of the Program Manager

•Establish culture that drives customer and employee satisfaction

•Ensure compliance of all training programs required by client

•Monitor site performance and communicate challenges and/or successes internal leadership and client

•Direct process improvement initiatives and report findings to Program Manager and client for approval

•Successfully collaborate with internal Program Manager and Human Capital team to address employee concerns or performance issues

•Development and implementation plans that drive quality, monitor compliance, and solicit routine employee feedback

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust level security clearance

•Must successfully complete a comprehensive USG 7-year criminal and credit history background check

•BS/BA Degree

•Minimum of five years’ experience as a Manager of similar projects is required

•Comprehensive knowledge of large scale SCA contracts

•Computer skills required: MS Office Suite skills

•Ability to readily adapt to changing requirements

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

•Management of similar projects under Federal Government sponsorship

•Experience working directly with Asset Forfeiture programs

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position requires the ability to work independently as well as travel to satellite offices.
