SOS International LLC (SOSi) is looking for a Service Desk Clerk for our current contract located on Camp Taji, Iraq.


•Responsible for processing Service Order Request (SOR)

•Able to communicate effectively with groups of customers or employees of the organization

•Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but un-involved written or oral instructions

•Generate of daily reports for Site Management

•Create and manage databases; excel spreadsheets, word documents, PowerPoint

•Perform simple, routine, and repetitive administrative functions and complete routine reports and correspondence

•Perform other duties as assigned


•High School Diploma or equivalent

•Minimum two (2) years of experience in an administrative position

•Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)

•Must possess excellent English speaking and writing abilities

•Possess a high level of professionalism and customer services

•Must have good organizational skills

•Must handle and manage multiple tasks

•Must be flexible with working hours

•Ability to wear Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) such as a ballistic vest and helmet

•Relevant overseas government contracting experience preferably with the Department of Defense



•Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable

•Long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions

•Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions
