About the Job

STG, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist to add to its team in support of the United States Army. This position is located at Rock Island, Illinois. The Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist shall provide integrated logistics support in all areas of life cycle management to include inventory management, item unique identification, training support, warranty management, and Government Furnished Equipment accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain records of all GFE are used, managed or supported on contract

  • Sign and account for inventory via PBUSE

  • Maintain record of all GFE under warranty; manage and enforce warranties on GFE

  • Ensure facilities are available in theater for staging of equipment, issuance of materials, and storage

  • Develop, review, update, and submit logistics publications that support installed networks and telecommunications systems

  • Participate in meetings with the government to assist in developing customer specific reports

  • Assist in Operations and Maintenance planning to identify and rectify deficiencies in maintenance procedures, issues affecting equipment, and repair parts

  • Ensure maintenance planning is integrated with all facets of logistical support

  • Develop procedures for labeling all contract items with Item Unique Identification to ensure proper tracking

  • Ensure all IUID markings comply with IUID requirements per DFARS 252.211-7003

  • Provide logistic training support to contract staff as necessary to ensure continuity across the contract

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma

  • 3 years of Enterprise Resource Management and Planning

  • Experienced in Forklift Operation

  • Proficiency with PBUSE

  • Familiarity with DoD IUID requirements

  • Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools

  • Must have an active Secret Clearance

  • DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (Security+ CE, GSEC, CCNA-Security, SSCP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or related field.

  • 5 years of Enterprise Resource Management and Planning
