The Senior Technical Recruiter will act as a Talent Acquisition advisor responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for cleared technical positions. He/she will partner will business leaders, hiring managers, HR and all other key stakeholders to build recruiting strategies and identify the best talent for STG. The Senior Technical Recruiter will assess internal and external talent and source passive and active candidates. This role will mission critical programs within DOD, DOS, and other key federal agencies. The Recruiter will also play a critical role as a member of the Talent Acquisition team in transforming talent acquisition to serve the needs of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Accurately evaluating candidates based on core competencies and cultural fit
Building effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent
Managing the flow of employee referrals and candidates
Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values
Partnering with Hiring Managers and leadership to drive successes
Participate in projects to transform talent acquisition
Bachelors degree (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree)
Minimum 6 years of experience in technical, cleared recruiting
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), ideally Avature or iCIMS
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to handle a funded requisition load of 15-25 requisitions
Experience with a candidate relationship management system (CRM)
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
Ability to act as a talent acquisition advisor
Team player who works well with counterparts from various functions/ departments and has the ability to influence the work of counterparts without direct reporting accountability
Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations and decisions
