Duties to include but not limited to the following:

  • Serve as a member of a team of 5-7 technical staff supporting Oracle Fusion Web Application design and development.

  • Contribute to architecture, design, and development of applications built with the Oracle 11g Fusion Middleware technologies, J2EE and web applications

  • Perform systems modeling, simulation, and analysis

  • Participate in large system and subsystem planning

  • Design and code software components, units, and modules in accordance with project specifications.

  • Support testing and debugging of components and units

  • Contribute to technical documentation development

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Degree plus 10 years of IT experience.

  • 3+ years of development experience

  • 2+ recent years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).

  • Experience with J2EE and its use in web applications.

  • Knowledge of J2EE standards used for implementation of enterprise software such as Java Server Faces (JSF), Java Server Pages (JSP), Servlets, Java Persistence API (JPA) and frameworks (i.e. MVC architecture, Spring).

  • Knowledge with portal frameworks, weblogic application servers.

  • Experience using SOAP, WSDL, XSDs and REST to develop Web Services.

  • Knowledge of applications and systems development lifecycle principles, practices, and procedures.

  • Good understanding of design patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware Development (Oracle BPEL, OSB, Oracle Mediator).

  • Oracle Certification

  • National Information Exchange Model (NIEM) experience

  • CRM experience
